Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Property Advisor for our Bangalore location. This midlevel fulltime position requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the real estate market excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in client relationship management.
- Qualifications and SkillsReal Estate Market Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Indepth understanding of the real estate market dynamics and trends is essential for this role.
- Negotiation Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders to achieve beneficial outcomes.
- Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in managing and building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Property Valuation: Expertise in accurately assessing and valuing different properties to guide client decisions.
- Market Analysis: Capability to analyze market data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Contract Management: Knowledge of preparing reviewing and managing property contracts and agreements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information and engage with clients.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to efficiently address client and market challenges.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice to clients regarding the purchase sale and leasing of properties in the Bangalore area.
- Conduct comprehensive property appraisals to offer competitive and accurate valuations to clients.
- Identify and analyze market opportunities to meet client requirements and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized service and support throughout the property transaction process.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements with clients and third parties to secure favorable outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support client consultations and advisory sessions.
