As a Sales Support Administrator you will be part of a small dynamic team led by an internationally experienced and supportive manager. Your primary role is to assist the account management team with administrative tasks to maximize revenue in alignment with the companys strategy. The possibiity excist that you can grow into a full business developer.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both short and longterm business goals. You will provide ongoing support to sales personnel and customers handling administrative tasks related to sales and purchase orders including aftersales support.
All employees are expected to perform their duties in accordance with the companys Health and Safety Policy and other relevant policies and procedures. The job description may be periodically reviewed and updated to ensure it accurately reflects the roles responsibilities.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven individual with a passion for sales. While experience in the electronic components industry is not required an understanding of sales and supply chain processes is essential. More than product knowledge we value your attitude adaptability and fit within the company culture.
This is a fastpaced environment so the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure is key. A technical affinity or interest in electronics is a plus as is experience in logistics and supply chain management.

The salary is competitive and aligned with the Swedish market for sales roles including both a fixed salary and a commissionbased component. The position comes with a local Swedish contract.

The recruitment process is handled by Beyondo. After an initial screening selected candidates will be introduced to the hiring manager. The first interview will be with the General Manager in Sweden preferably in person at the Stockholm office (a digital meeting is optional). A second interview will be conducted with a representative from the companys headquarters.
