Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Program Manager Clinical Skills Simulation Center Boca Raton FL.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Program Manager at the Clinical Skills Simulation Center is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various educational programs ensuring the smooth operation of simulationbased learning experiences for healthcare professionals. This role involves managing administrative tasks supporting faculty maintaining the facility and equipment and ensuring that simulationbased training meets the needs of learners and stakeholders. The Program Manager will report to Director and Assistant Director about all training sessions facility issues and staff management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Masters degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelors degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.




Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Masters degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 2 years of experience; or a bachelors degree in healthcare education or an appropriate area of specialization and 4 years of appropriate experience.

Paramedic or Registered Nurse certification.

Experience in program management simulation ideally in a healthcare or academic environment.

Knowledge of clinical simulation technologies healthcare education and adult learning principles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficient in using educational software simulation platforms and standard office applications.

Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and diverse groups of learners.

Salary:

$65500 $75000 per year.
