Company:
The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a broad range of experience levels including; Associate Experienced and Senior Level Wire Design and Installation Engineers who will provide engineering support across the Boeing portfolio of products to include but not limited to Boeing Military Aircraft Military Derivative Aircraft (AEW&C AWACS C32/C40 E4B VC25A VC25B KC45 B1B B2 B52 and others). This position will be physically located in Oklahoma City OK or San Antonio TX.

Position Responsibilities:
Associate (Level 2
- Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
- Supports analysis and design reviews.
- Develops and maintains electrical product detail assembly and installation designs (e.g. equipment racks power panels cable routing and geometry antennas).
- Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g. rejection tags production action requests shop revision requests).
- Follows documented processes specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
- Supports the development of statements of work.
- Assists in the technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
- Analyzes functional and physical input used in the development of integrated design and system architecture.
- Works under general supervision.
Experienced (Level 3
- Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
- Analyzes results and performs design reviews.
- Develops and maintains electrical product detail assembly and installation designs (e.g. equipment racks power panels cable routing and geometry antennas).
- Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g. rejection tags production action requests shop revision requests).
- Documents processes specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
- Develops basic statements of work.
- Participates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
- Analyzes functional and physical input to assure development of complete integrated design.
- Works under general direction.
Senior (Level 4
- Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs.
- Analyzes results and performs design reviews.
- Leads the team to analyze results and performs design reviews.
- Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g. rejection tags production action requests shop revision requests).
- Documents processes specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
- Develops complex statements of work metrics schedules and budgets.
- Performs technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
- Works under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance PostStart is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
- 2 or more years of experience in an engineering role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Education or experience in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA ABET accreditation is the preferred although not required accreditation standard

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD Master3 years related work experience). Senior (Level 4
