Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Insurance Agent fluent in both Spanish and English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a customerfocused mindset and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and risk assessments for individual and business clients.
- Explain insurance products and services in both Spanish and English ensuring clear understanding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients with policy renewals changes and claims processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and product offerings to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and client followups.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies aimed at diverse communities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Valid insurance license in insert applicable state(s) (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service; bilingual experience a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using insurance software and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
