Job Description

Looking for a role where your insights matter Join us as a HR Sustainability reporting specialist and help shape our future with your expertise!


Compensation & Benefits is a Group function that is responsible for governing the area of remuneration HR reporting and HR controlling driving groupwide processes and projects ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and supporting the business with specialist knowledge in the area.

About the role
You will lead sustainability reporting related to HR and be involved in related processes and projects. In addition you will follow research and trends within the field to develop and ensure that HR sustainability reporting requirements are fulfilled. You will work in close collaboration with other functions and stakeholders and are expected to coach advice and challenge the business in your area of expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage structures and processes for Ifs sustainability reporting related to HR
  • Ensure regulatory compliance sound governance related to HR sustainability reporting and timely data delivery.
  • Ensure that concepts and definitions are relevant and used consistently
  • Analyze and followup on HR sustainability KPIs and targets
  • Plan prepare and support the Head of HR in HR sustainability topics related to Ifs Sustainability committee and Ethics Committee

Who are you
You are a selfdriven person with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills who can set priorities develop processes drive complex projects and deliver with high quality. We expect you to develop into a trusted partner to the organization as you will work closely with many different stakeholders. The role will cover both operational and strategic work and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You also have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in managing reporting in large organizations.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience in Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Office


Additional facts and the recruitment process

The position is a permanent position located in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits.
