Compensation & Benefits is a Group function that is responsible for governing the area of remuneration HR reporting and HR controlling driving groupwide processes and projects ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and supporting the business with specialist knowledge in the area.
About the role
You will lead sustainability reporting related to HR and be involved in related processes and projects. In addition you will follow research and trends within the field to develop and ensure that HR sustainability reporting requirements are fulfilled. You will work in close collaboration with other functions and stakeholders and are expected to coach advice and challenge the business in your area of expertise.

The position is a permanent position located in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits.
