A Brief Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a pivotal role in making sure each colleague has a worldclass experience from first contact with TriNet from Recruiting through Onboarding. As the primary point of contact for our TA Coordination Team and new colleagues you will act as a brand ambassador demonstrating our values in all of your interactions. As the goto person for all things related to TA process enhancement TA coordination and compliance best practices while partnering closely with our Talent Team People Business Partners Hiring Managers and other crossfunctional colleagues.

What you will do

  • Provide training and support to new TA team members hiring leaders and external partners involved in the hiring process.
  • Manage the process for background creating offer break ups offers relocation and work crossfunctionally to provide a positive day one for new hires.
  • Support all talent related programs such as new colleague onboarding onsite One TriNet Life culture programs local early career /internship programs and other talent duties as assigned.
  • Find opportunities to improve our candidate experience and offer enhancements to driving a cohesive local One TriNet culture and engagement.
  • As directed by TA Leaders foster relationships with vendors for the talent acquisition team optimize the current tools seek out new tools and provide guidance on how to best maximize usage.
  • Develop and maintain all TA training guides and standard operating procedures to ensure that recruitment processes are efficient effective and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Enhance the global hiring process for hiring managers and recruiters by seeking ways to optimize the Oracle system.
  • Ensure compliance with all local state and federal laws SOC compliance internal audits and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the managers discretion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 5 years of recruiting and/or talent management experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Familiar with human resources disciplines as it relates to talent acquisition and talent management.
  • Experience managing multiple projects under tight time constraints.
  • Ability to work with a distributed workforce across multiple time zones.
  • Selfdirected with solid time management skills in terms of completing workload and approaching competing priorities.
  • Able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent training skills including dynamic and professional communication and presentation capabilities both virtual and in person
  • Experience working with Oracle HCM preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365

The salary range for this role is $69200.00 to $138500.00. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
