There is one Parttime permanent Psychologist position available starting on April 24 2025 working 22.5 hours per week.
Your Role:
Provides a variety of services to children adolescents caregivers and community agencies such as assessment consultation and individual therapy. Works in partnership with community organizations and agencies such as Family and Childrens Services of Waterloo Region local schools and other service providers. The primary area of focus will be completion of assessments and consultation regarding children and adolescents with complex needs to inform aspects such as school planning mental health intervention or other needed supports. May participate in research and program development. May provide consultation to interdisciplinary livein and day treatment programs. May provide supervision to psychology trainees. Works intentionally from an antiracist antioppressive perspective to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency.

Your Talents and Experience:
A Doctoral degree and registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working with children and adolescents who are involved with multiple service providers. Experience and registration or eligibility for registration to work with adults as well is an asset but not required. The ability to work within an agency with an interdisciplinary approach. Alignment with the Agencys commitment to anti racism and antioppression. Passionate aware and willing to learn about antiracism antioppression and equity. Encouraged to maintain membership within their professional association.
