Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Design Consultant for our Installations By DC division that has a passion for design in window treatments. We give you the confidence and security to be successful! Qualifications:
- The ability to build relationshipsconfidence & trust with customers
- Conducting inhome design consultations to identify the right product to match the customers personal style functional needs and budget
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Resultdriven and competitive
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and proof of insurance
- Experience in window treatments and/or interior design a plus or sales experience for other home improvement/design product lines
- Familiarity with multiple technology platforms and software such as Outlook PDF files CRM and online resources as well as comfortable using an iPad.
- Able to handle and transport materials and samples and sample books. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Ablility to comprehend needs of client and create estimates based on needs and budgets.
- Precisely measure quote and document detailed specifications throughout the sales process.
- Forge close partnerships with the sales team workroom client services and leadership to ensure seamless exceptional results.
- Taking ownership of your accounts to guarantee satisfication and addressing any concerns that may arise.
