We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedSales Directorto drive sales and business growth for IT services within theQuick Service Restaurant (QSR)segment based in USA. The ideal candidate will have aproven track record in sales established relationships within the QSR industry and a deep understanding of restaurant technology includingpointofsale (POS) systems inventory management kitchen and makeline automation and store operations. The ideal candidate should also understand and have sold IT & engineering services for Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs Customer Data Platform eCommerce and Digital Ordering Platforms and Apps thirdparty delivery integrations and key restaurant analytics & business intelligence tools / technology.
What You Will Do
As Sales Director for QSR you will have following key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the QSR segment.
Identify and build strong relationships with key decisionmakers includingfranchise owners IT leaders and operations executiveswithin QSR brands.
Drive sales of IT services and technology solutions such asPOS systems inventory and supply chain management kitchen display systems (KDS) makeline automation and other store operation technologies.
Drive sales of IT & engineering services for Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs building / maintaining Customer Data Platform eCommerce and Digital Ordering Platforms and Apps.
Collaborate withtechnology marketing and customer success teamsto align sales efforts with product offerings and client needs.
Conductmarket research and competitor analysisto identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Represent the company atindustry events trade shows and conferencesto enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline reports and insights to senior leadership.
What You Need to Be Successful
You need to have 15 years of sales leadership experience in IT services software or technology solutions within the QSR industry.
Established network and relationships within the QSR segmentwith a proven ability to open doors and close deals.
Strong understanding ofrestaurant technology solutions includingPOS systems inventory management makeline automation and store operations technology.
Experience working withfranchises and multiunit operatorsis highly preferred.
Exceptionalnegotiation presentation and communication skills.
Ability totravelas needed to meet clients attend industry events and drive business growth.
Bonus Points if You Have
Masters degree in business Sales Marketing or a related field
