Position Overview:
The Business Development Agent will be responsible for driving new business opportunities nurturing relationships with current and potential clients and increasing sales across multiple automotive brands. This role requires a keen understanding of the automotive industry excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share for all brands within our portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach networking and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers clients and industry partners.
Collaborate with sales marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and superior customer experiences.
Analyze market trends competitor activity and consumer needs to identify potential growth areas.
Track and report on business development metrics sales progress and customer feedback.
Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients ensuring their satisfaction and longterm business relationships.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales business development or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry and multibrand operations.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Highly organized with excellent time management and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
