Were looking for a selfdriven and motivatedJunior Talent Acquisition Specialistwith a business development mindset to join our London recruiting team and help us build exceptional teams. In this role youll collaborate extensively with Jumps trading community business development colleagues and other talent specialists to identify/source and recruit the worlds top talent. Youll work on a variety of technical roles from perennial hires like Software IT and Networking roles to novel hires in areas that were expanding.
What youll do:
- Collaborate with firm leadership and internal hiring partners to define hiring needs and execute thoughtful recruiting strategies.
- Support the recruitment process guiding prospective candidates and internal partners from the initial stages of the interview experience to managing a seamless closing process.
- Screen qualify and present highly qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
- Conduct in depth research to source the best technical talent both opportunistically and for active mandates.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across the firm and with thirdparty recruitment agencies ensuring Jumps brand is properly represented within the market.
- Develop highly competitive and thoughtful offer packages leveraging a range of data: market internal and candidate history/expectations.
- Partner across People Operations and other functions at a global level.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
Skills youll need:
- At least 2 years of experience managing and driving full lifecycle engineering recruiting processes in a corporate setting and/or staffing search firm.
- Proven success across the tech world and a track record of hiring top tech talent and identifying / building new business opportunities.
- Ability to negotiate independently and influence others across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a strong appetite to learn new areas of the business outside of your immediate comfort zone
- Selfdriven and motivated.
- Teamfirst mindset with the ability to collaborate and partner across a global team.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
- A passion for delivering a bestinclass candidate experience and continuously improving hiring strategies.
- Ability to collaborate extensively with other team members based in different offices.
- Strong understanding of the financial services and trading landscape in London is preferred but not required.
