Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.The Financial Analyst IIwill support WM Club Accounting with all financial analysis budgeting and forecasting related to WorldMark the Club along with systems support. This position works collaboratively with FP&A team Management and the accounting staff in Club Accounting to determine nature of expenses to budget and monitors fluctuations or changes from the budget for forecasts. This information helps the Plan Manager and Operational leaders ensure the financial health of the Clubs.
How Youll Shine:
Planning & Forecasting Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for WorldMark the Club
Financial Report Development: Including maintaining chart of accounts financial statement layouts tie out financial statements to the General Ledger and creating new reports as requested by Accounting and Operations
Reporting & Analysis Provide ongoing variance analysis and research on accounting and financial reporting. Preparing forecast adjustments as needed
Prepare Cash Flow Statements and cash forecasting to the Developer and to the Associations.
Reservation and Dues Billing Systems Support and analysis: Use TRIP/Snowflake to compile and analyze Reservation Billing and Payment information OBIEE to create custom Reservation reports and OFSLL to analyze Club Dues Billing.
Resort Front Desk System: Compile information from TRIP for month end stats entry and month end revenue activity
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance from Accredited College or University.
- 3 to 5 years finance or accounting experience working with Financial modeling/variance analysis and/or systems analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft products especially in Excel.
- Able to work in a fastpaced and changing environment
- Excellent professional communication skills good organization skills ability to multitask & coordinate multiple projects.
Deadline conscious with strong drive initiative and the ability to work well in timesensitive situations.
- Excellent strategic analytical and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment.
- Must be a selfstarter with the ability to work independently be well organized perform under stressful situations and communicative effectively.
- PeopleSoft Snowflake OFSSL and/or Business Objects experience preferred.
Unless there is a legal requirement experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
