Possibility for year round employment if you are interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months.
* Fulltime Benefits eligibility with yearround employment.
Pay Range: $19.00 $24.00 per hour DOE
POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a key team member to ensure all landscape projects are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation. Our Landscape Crew MemberDriver works in crews to complete landscape installs per job specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Landscape Crew MemberDriver
- Ability to perform tasks related to softscape install such as mulch sod and plant material installation
- Assists other crew members in hardscape installation
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job site
- Provides excellent customer service
- Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
- Demonstrates timely and effective communication verbal nonverbal and written
- Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
- Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
- Ability to perform or help perform tasks related to our landscape build and install projects including retaining walls patios bed prep planting and mulch
- Demonstrates safe and proficient operation and maintenance of equipment use for landscape projects
- Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
