Position Summary:
We are seeking a Team Lead for our Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) and Procurement functions. This role is responsible for supervising MDR staff ensuring compliance with sterilization standards and optimizing workflows to support surgical operations. The Team Lead will also manage procurement of medical supplies and equipment ensuring inventory aligns with surgical needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled MDR professional with procurement experience who is ready to take on a leadership role and drive improvements in efficiency compliance and service delivery. This role reports to Nurse manager and Director of Operations.
