We are looking for a fulltime Receiving Returns Specialist for our West Jordan UT location!
The Receiving Return Specialist will oversee all aspects of customer returns processing for Audio Enhancement. Responsibilities include verifying inbound returns against SAP records processing returns with credit recommendations labeling items moving stock to the correct area and communicating with customers as needed.
Duties Include:
- Work towards meeting critical deadlines
- Recognize potential problems and report them to management
- Navigate and complete tasks in SAP and Monday
- Process returned items in SAP
- Email and call customers about return issues and inconsistencies
- Be attentive and interactive during daily huddles
- Monitor company emails and notifications
- Generate and deliver reports on return results to key stakeholders
- Recommend credit for returned products
- Create reports showing customer return reasoning and trends among products
- Recommend corrective actions to prevent future quality concerns
- Provide designated stock recommendations (return to stock requires repair S etc.
- Identify inventory products for processing
- Photograph returned products and upload them into SAP
- Identify damage on returned products
- Work within a warehouse environment and be on your feet for periods of time
- Gather all return data in a presentable manner to distribute to key stakeholders
- Be a liaison for returns between departments ensuring timely communication to remove barriers improve product quality and reduce errors
- Advocate for the customer to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Contribute to tracking and reporting costs of poor product quality and concerns
- Assist in the Quality quarantine process of suspect product inventory
- Must be proficient in English
- Ability to identify inventory products for processing and damage on returned products
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with SAP Business By Design and Monday preferred
- Forklift experience
- Experience in customer service
- 13 years experience in return processing preferred but not required
- Ability to confidently and professionally communicate with customers regarding returns via phone and email
- Ability to follow up with customers and ensure processes are being followed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
