These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Meaningful work youll be part of

As a Director youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying client needs responding to request for proposals and providing estimates for solution development

  • Leading teams in creating platform solutions best practices and implementation of multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients

  • Mentor the next generation of consultants providing them with insights and challenging them to be better

  • Identify develop and win significant bids and pursuits to meet defined sales targets

  • Support internal capability build including the creation of assets and accelerators and supporting training and skill development of your team

  • Coach guide and assist team members in preparation for client meetings presentations and proposals

  • Consult with account team and engagement partner on pricing strategy

  • Facilitate executive & operational meetings & workshops across a range of topics

Experience and skills youll use to solve

  • Proven track record of shaping and growing multimillion dollar high value consulting business within Financial services

  • Demonstrated experience creating asset led offering led account centric prospecting and FS subsector centric sales pursuits

  • Financial services business acumen breadth as well as subsector depth (e.g. retail banking P&C insurance Asset & wealth mgmt. etc..

  • Confidence to lead teams in shaping presales asset engineering and facilitating asset demos in sales pursuits

  • Proven ability to lead complex engagements with multiple stakeholder groups managing executive stakeholders operating and steering committees

  • Ability to effectively lead a team through complex deployments troubleshooting complex problems with order of operations and can articulate theory and substantiate rationale behind delivery trade offs.

  • Creative growth mindset with analytical issuebased problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Experience leading and working directly with external clients / endusers and stakeholders and managing and delivering complex and nuanced messages to senior stakeholders

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

  • Proven experience with solution delivery lifecycle across delivery methodologies (waterfall agile platform led etc.

  • 5 years of experience implementing SaaS based platform(s) including but not limited to: Salesforce nCino Amazon Connect Fenergo OpenFin

  • Proven experience in leading Xfunctional teams blending teams with functional technical experience & industry business acumen

  • Certifications: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification
