Job Description
An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join its San Francisco CA office in the Insurance Coverage Practice. The Insurance Coverage Practice focuses on interpreting contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims. With a team of experienced attorneys the practice includes work in mediation arbitrations and declaratory relief litigation across state and federal courts. Competitive compensation medical benefits 401(k) and a bonus for meeting hourly requirements are offered.
Candidate Parameters:
- 310 years of experience in insurance coverage law
- Strong research and writing skills
- California Bar admission
- Litigation experience including depositions and motion practice
