Position: Compliance Coordinator Temp to Hire
MONDAY FRIDAY 9AM6PM
Location: Long Beach
SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for monitoring collecting updating and ensuring vendor and candidate compliance related to healthcare job classifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collects all healthcare credential and compliance information in accordance with company Operating Procedures.
Performs auditing data entry reporting of credential documents and other administrative duties as assigned.
Routinely conducts database review and evaluation to ensure compliance documents are uploaded and valid.
Routinely and actively followsup by phone and email to collect credential and compliance information
Maintains good client and vendor relations
Works effectively among workers and resolves issues.
Recommends changes in programs routines and quality control standards to improve operating efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma
2 years related experience and/or training.
Healthcare compliance/staffing experience highly desired.
Basic understanding of medical terminology related to medical positions.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral form.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of; Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office.
