Job Title: Production Associate CLS Encoder
Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd shift 2pm 10:30pm
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
Responsible for encoding RFID labels using specialized machinery
Operate small machinery and load base stock into machines
Learn and understand software setups and perform thorough quality control
Ensure highquality work and conduct periodic testing
Gain basic knowledge of RFID technology through training and handson work
Maintain daytoday workflow including replenishing supplies and accepting jobs from the sorting team
Ensure smooth workflow to the next department
Job Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
Ability to compute rates ratios and percentages
High school diploma or GED.
