Job Description
CleanPower Wisconsins leading commercial cleaning contractor has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee a majoraccountin the Appleton area. Our Managers are charged with the overall management and customer satisfaction for their assigned location. This is primarily a2ndshift position but requires some flexibility.
Salary:$55K MonthlyCar Allowance Bonus Opportunity!!
Job duties include:
- Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities
- Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
- Initial and ongoing training of staff
- Ordering supplies
- Managing labor and supply budgets
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Min 2years of management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Janitorial or other service related background
- Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record
