Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Setting a clear vision train and set goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit
  • Ensuring that eleads are handled timely answering questions providing information and ideally setting an appointment for a visit to the dealership
  • Manage the followup with eleads to assist them as needed through their research phase until ready for a vehicle purchase
  • Managing the negotiation process with Sales Associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
  • Close deals with customers as well as follow up with unsold customers
  • Meet and exceed Customer Satisfaction Index by brand.
  • Resolve any customer complaints/concerns
  • Appraising vehicles for trade
  • Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance
Basic Requirements:
  • Proven success as an Internet Sales Manager
  • Must have a minimum of 2 Years previous experience mentoring and training personnel.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate team efforts.
  • Ability to plan and implement sales drives.
  • Organization and good followup skills.
Expected hours: 40 60 per week
