Job Description
- Setting a clear vision train and set goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit
- Ensuring that eleads are handled timely answering questions providing information and ideally setting an appointment for a visit to the dealership
- Manage the followup with eleads to assist them as needed through their research phase until ready for a vehicle purchase
- Managing the negotiation process with Sales Associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
- Close deals with customers as well as follow up with unsold customers
- Meet and exceed Customer Satisfaction Index by brand.
- Resolve any customer complaints/concerns
- Appraising vehicles for trade
- Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance
- Proven success as an Internet Sales Manager
- Must have a minimum of 2 Years previous experience mentoring and training personnel.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate team efforts.
- Ability to plan and implement sales drives.
- Organization and good followup skills.
