Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Position in the Cath Lab at Northwest Health La Porte Hospital
- $25000 Signon Bonus

Who are we
Just off the shores of Lake Michigan in Northern Indiana Northwest Health La Porte has been the heart of healthcare in La Porte for more than 40 years. La Porte is a 227bed hospital providing acute care with strong programs in cardiology orthopedics surgical services emergency care oncology and maternal health. As of October 2020 our new and improved La Porte location opened. This location features the latest technology for our staff and providers. Our hospital is La Portes only stroke center and nationally accredited chest pain center.
Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of drug screen
- Employment background check

Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required BSN preferred.
Certifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in acute care nursing with at least 1 years experience in cardiac/critical care nursing role preferred.
- Indiana RN License Required
- BLS Required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- ECG interpretation within 6 months of hire
- Advanced Certification is preferred (RCIS CVRN RNBC CCRN etc.
