Legal Secretary Trusts and Estates

Baker Manock & Jensen PC a full service AVrated law firm in Fresno CA seeks a fulltime Trusts and Estates Legal Secretary to support the firms various businessrelated matters with a particular focus on trusts and estates matters. This position is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your multitasking skills in a handson role working collaboratively with the firms clients and employees.
Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Managing attorneys calendars dockets and appointments;
  • Preparing documents for attorney review including correspondence estate planning documents and other legal proceedings;
  • Maintaining client files in accordance with Firm guidelines;
  • Professionally communicating with clients verbally and in writing.
The desired candidate will possess these qualifications:
  • Team player;
  • Five years of legal secretarial experience in estate planning and/or probate matters;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook;
  • Notary Public Certification preferred
