Job Description

As Global Head of Talent Leadership & HR Systems (m/f/d) you play a key role in translating our corporate strategy into highimpact global HR solutions. With your strategic expertise you drive the sustainable development of our leaders establish a futureproof HR IT landscape and build a highperforming globally connected talent pool. Your work directly shapes the future of our employees and contributes significantly to the establishment of a unified valuedriven leadership culture at CompuGroup Medical through international talent development programs and strategic leadership initiatives.

You and your global team of HR experts are responsible for:

  • Global HR Initiatives: Development implementation and continuous optimization of groundbreaking global HR solutions as a Center of Excellence (CoE) for all talentrelated activities. Focus on culture & mindset leadership development performance & potential management and employee engagement perfectly aligned with the CGM corporate strategy.

  • Organizational and Talent Development: Designing and implementing an integrated global approach to talent and organizational development including structured onboarding processes innovative leadership development programs and learning strategies. Functional coordination with Senior HR Business Partners to ensure a unified and effective talent development framework.

  • Technology & Systems: Strategic and operational management as well as continuous development of the HR management system Workday to increase efficiency drive automation and optimize HR processes.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Development and introduction of globally competitive transparent grading and compensation structures specifically designed to enhance employee retention talent development and market competitiveness. Ensuring a fair sustainable and performanceoriented compensation strategy.

  • Resource Management & Performance Measurement: Full responsibility for budget and performance management establishment of effective performance monitoring management of external partners supervision and optimization of performance KPIs as well as the implementation of targeted improvement measures.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Close and trusted collaboration with senior management executive leadership and global HR teams to ensure that all HR activities and strategic initiatives are seamlessly aligned with the companys overarching business objectives.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed degree from a renowned university in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.

  • Extensive leadership experience in a strategic HR key position within a global environment preferably in the software or tech industry.

  • Proven track record in the development implementation and scaling of global HR strategies that drive sustainable transformations and have a direct impact on corporate and talent development.

  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills combined with the ability to inspire multinational teams drive change and successfully implement innovative HR concepts.

  • Deep expertise in HR technologies and HR analytics ideally with Workday to steer datadriven efficient and futureoriented HR processes.

  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written) at a business level enabling you to operate confidently and persuasively in a dynamic international environment.

  • High intercultural competence strategic foresight and willingness to travel allowing you to actively shape global HR strategies foster innovation and further develop a sustainable corporate culture.
