Job Description
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Research design and implement application software/Measurement IP/components for test systems which are used to validate RFICs such as Power Amplifiers RFFE Transceivers (TRx) Filters Switches etc.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams on feature dependencies product release customer critical issues etc.
- Design/Develop IP/features for reusability across systems/future opportunities. Follow software development processes and best practices for design/development.
- Seek feedback on the system/features from Business Managers System Architect Application Engineers etc. and implement.
- Provide technical leadership. Facilitate technical decisions. Contribute to design and code reviews.
- Lead critical issues and customer escalations to effective resolution.
- Lead/drive initiatives to advance the skills/competency of the team.
- Lead/mentor junior engineers/technicians in the team.
You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving unexpected situations. You actively seek guidance from pertinent sources to make timely and wellinformed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics Instrumentation Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years ofexperience in development of application/system/ATE for Test and Measurement preferably for RF.
- Experience in validation and characterization of RFIC devices/components such as RFFE Power Amplifier Transceivers (TRx) Filters Switches etc.
- Experience in using lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes RF Instruments (VST VNA RFSA RFSG) Protocol Analyzers Function Generators etc.
- Handson design development and debugging skills in LabVIEW/C#/C/Python TestStand.

- Experience using NI hardware RF drivers STS and application software such as LabVIEW TestStand RFmx RFIC Test Software.
- Experience with postSilicon validation and production test of RFICs using NI RF instruments RF drivers and NI STS (Semiconductor Test System).
