Avesta Housing is looking for a wellrounded dedicated skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings and grounds of our affordable housing properties.

- A reliable and independent individual who has the willingness to learn and grow in a missionbased environment

This is a fulltime hourly nonexempt position with opportunity for overtime pay. Hourly wage is $21.00 $23.00/hour.
Work Location
This job is onsite at a defined portfolio with properties in Saco ME. Travel to surrounding towns will be required.
