Job Description
PHD Global Business is looking for a Global Strategy Director to define next level excellence in media & comms planning for our premium automotive client. The role will report into and work closely with the Global Business Lead as well as with digital and market engagement experts. You will lead a small team of passionate senior strategists to develop and land industryleading media & comms solutions underpinned by a strong partnership with local market agency teams. The key job is to create exceptional strategic thought leadership work and planning blueprints strengthen global media planning consistency and foster strong relationships with clients markets and partners.
The role will be key in advancing our clients strategic vision and translating it into clearcut test & learn roadmaps at the forefront of progress in media and marketing tech. It comes with lead responsibility for delivering successful executive client meetings and requires proficiency in a wide range of marketing fields to effectively orchestrate our everevolving network capabilities in service of our clients business growth.

- Define solutions that unlock growth in times of unprecedented pressure and dynamics in the premium auto category
- Lead the Planning & Strategy team in creating bestinclass global Comms solutions & campaign planning guidelines based on data and insights and in collaboration with various partners & agencies
- Deliver comprehensive annual Media Planning Principles framework to all markets our client operates in
- Empower your team to run effective market rollout implementation support and governance of all guidelines across key markets
- Globally responsible for crossmarket maturity/performance tracking and establishing effective enablement routines that induce a measurable increase in strategic excellence
- Shape an integrated offering of connected media and martech capabilities that sit across our OMG partner agencies
- Pacemaker for innovation and dataled global solutions at the forefront of technological progress

- Min. Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent educational experience
- 10 years experience in media planning and/or associated business fields including a strategic role in an agency
- 3 years relevant experience in a similar global strategy role
- Profound marketing research and omnichannel media planning knowledge with a focus on Digital media & martech
- International experience is a considerable advantage
- Brilliant systems thinker & collaborator
- Creative mindset growth mentality & driving change. Provides inspiration & leads other strategists
- Ability to confidently deal with most senior clients
- Resilience to master a highly dynamic daily business
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
