Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement bestinclass talent acquisition practices to ensure an adequate talent pipeline in the Group.
- Support and guide Business Leaders to hire mid and juniorlevel staff.
- Lead the Onboarding and Induction function and ensure hired talent has a great experience
- Maintain analyze and update metrics related to Talent Acquisition.
- Build relationships and maintain connect with business managers to ensure proper stakeholder expectations
- Implement competency based interviewing to align with the overall competencybased organization is developed
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application interviews and communication) in an MIS
KRAs
- Develop endtoend recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and timelines
- Enhances multiple recruitmentrelated relationships with hiring managers/team leads internal and external candidates vendors campuses and other external sources in conducting recruiting activities.
- Effectively using the personal network job portals and employee referrals to close the position.
- Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and followups.
- Ensures all candidate data is entered into the recruitment system in accordance with the policy.
- Enable the closure process: salary negotiation resignation notice period management
- Partners with crossdisciplinary teams to develop companywide hiring plans that include volume skill sets and geography.
- Establish strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager.
- Provide valueadded recruitingrelated advice to influence talent decisions for managers and department leaders
