Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement bestinclass talent acquisition practices to ensure an adequate talent pipeline in the Group.
  • Support and guide Business Leaders to hire mid and juniorlevel staff.
  • Lead the Onboarding and Induction function and ensure hired talent has a great experience
  • Maintain analyze and update metrics related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Build relationships and maintain connect with business managers to ensure proper stakeholder expectations
  • Implement competency based interviewing to align with the overall competencybased organization is developed
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application interviews and communication) in an MIS

KRAs

  • Develop endtoend recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and timelines
  • Enhances multiple recruitmentrelated relationships with hiring managers/team leads internal and external candidates vendors campuses and other external sources in conducting recruiting activities.
  • Effectively using the personal network job portals and employee referrals to close the position.
  • Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and followups.
  • Ensures all candidate data is entered into the recruitment system in accordance with the policy.
  • Enable the closure process: salary negotiation resignation notice period management
  • Partners with crossdisciplinary teams to develop companywide hiring plans that include volume skill sets and geography.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager.
  • Provide valueadded recruitingrelated advice to influence talent decisions for managers and department leaders
