We are seeking an ambitious Associate with 25 years postqualification experience (PQE) to join our clients growing Corporate M&A team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on highprofile crossborder transactions for an industry recognised team that advises some of the most prestigious UK and international companies.
About the Role: You will play a central role in transaction delivery client relationship development and the continued expansion of the team. Expect clear career progression opportunities while working in a supportive environment alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating transaction documents.
- Managing transactions from initial instruction to closing including multijurisdictional deals.
- Supporting partners and leading key workstreams on mandates.
- Involvement in business development activities to grow client relationships.
- Providing tailored commercial advice with a solutionsfocused mindset.
