About your new employer:

About the role:
- Working closely with a two Partners and a Special Counsel.
- Be involved in a range or corporate/commercial matters such as insolvency corporate governance and corporate advisory. Also handle things like trusts deeds incorporations biz buy sell leases etc
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 2 years PQE and prior experience working on corporate/commercial matters.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational & time management skills.
