Whats the role
We are looking for a highly innovative collaborative and passionate Full Stack Engineer Involve to join our growing team of engineers. As a full stack engineer you will be responsible for maintenance of the existing Involve Application Implementation of New Feature Functionality within that application stack Development Implementation and support of the Involve Mobile App Development and Implementation of Integrations related to Involve product.The Full Stack Engineer will also participate in building technical design documentation related to database and application performance improvement and functional improvement and enhancement.
We are looking for the type of person that loves to have their hands in everything and someone who can take on the challenge of working within a growing team with a great deal of responsibility. To be successful in this role you must be passionate about building cuttingedge web applications that are intuitive and drive efficiency into the Student Engagement Success and Workforce Readiness vertical.

- Experience developing full stack web applications (from the data layer to the front end) with a keen eye for UI.
- Design build and grow full stack solutions products and tools to support internal business stakeholders with streamlining workflows and automating existing processes.
- Create intuitive clean robust and reusable user interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Build endtoend solutions implementing and designing both the GUI and the serverside designs with high efficiency and quality.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle requirements architecture design development testing deployment.
- Participate in the project planning process including estimating and process improvements in an Agile environment.
- Developing new features enhancing existing features fixing bugs and upgrading software to maintain tech health
- Deliver solutions that are highly usable efficient secure and scalable.
- Strive at all times to do work using best practices through experience or experimentation.

- You have either a diploma or a degree in Computer Sciences IT or related field and/or related development experience as an engineer.
- 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience developing full stack web applications (from the data layer to the front end) with a keen eye for UI.
- Technology exposure. You have experience with most of the following technologies and infrastructures:
- .NET C#
- JavaScript/Typescript HTML5 CSS3 AngularJS or other frontend frameworks such as React
- Mobile development for iOS and Android using ReactNative
- Databases including MS SQL NoSQL (CosmosDb preferred) and others
- RESTful API
- Automated testing technologies such as NUnit Specflow and others
- Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- EventDriven architecture
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Git
