We are seeking a contract manager to join the team of legal professionals supporting Microns business units and sales teams. In this role you will work on commercial matters with inhouse counsel internal business clients and customers. You will also be responsible for contract management and administration.
Responsibilities:
Draft review summarize and interpret a wide variety of commercial contracts and other legal documents including nondisclosure agreements statements of work and amendments.
Support contract management and contract administration functions by collecting and documenting approvals facilitating signature processes filing and maintaining records and acting as primary point of contact for contractrelated inquiries.
Act as resident expert on contract management tools and assist with developing technology solutions to support processes standardization reporting and data analysis.
Work with our quality team sales teams and internal subject matter experts to review and analyze customer requirements requests.
Work with marketing teams to review marketing materials.
Review and update templates processes and trainings.
Participate in and/or lead contract negotiations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S. from a 4year college or university.
3 years of relevant experience and/or training at a law firm or corporate legal department.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work closely with others show diplomacy and build connections with colleagues customers and clients.
Organized good judgment attention to detail and general ability to operate and thrive in a corporate legal department and large public company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with contract lifecycle management and esignature software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Either a J.D. from an accredited law school (law license not required) or paralegal certificate.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this fulltime position is:
$94000.00 $211500.00Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional jobrelated factors including knowledge skills experience tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits discretionary bonuses and equity.
