Job Description
- Financial Transactions: Process accounts receivable and accounts payable ensuring accuracy in data entry and timely recording of all transactions.
- Property Accounting: Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records related to property assets such as tenant accounts leases and propertyrelated income and expenses.
- Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations tenant reconciliations and other necessary reconciliations within the MDA/MRI property software.
- Monthly Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to support financial planning and decisionmaking.
- Software Utilization: Efficiently use MDA (MRI) software to process financial data manage tenant information and generate reports as required.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and other team members contributing to a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
