Electromechanical Assembly (Semiconductor Heaters)
Are you an experienced Electromechanical Assembler looking for an exciting opportunity in the semiconductor heater industry Trebor International is seeking a Heater Assembler II to join our team assembling and testing highpurity inline chemical and deionized water heaters used in critical manufacturing applications. This role requires troubleshooting rework and ensuring product quality to meet Trebor Internationals high standards for semiconductor heater systems.
Starting at $24.00/hr Quarterly Bonus
Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
What Youll Do:
Assemble and test heater systems upgrade kits heater modules and subassemblies.
Troubleshoot rework and ensure the quality of electromechanical heater components.
Perform setups for test stands assembly fixtures and specialized test equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings diagrams and work instructions.
Train and mentor team members on product lines.
Package and prepare heater systems for shipment.
What You Bring:
3 years of experience in production/manufacturing or mechanical assembly.
Ability to read blueprints follow detailed instructions and use hand tools (crimpers cutters strippers and measurement tools).
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Associates Degree in Electronics or Advanced Technical Training is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a handson manufacturing environment.
