Hours: Monday Friday Hours can vary (morning shift)

Pay Range: $18/hr

Job Summary:

Do you enjoy working in an environment that allows you to throw in your headphones and get to work We are looking for trimmers in the Bay area! The right candidate demonstrates proficiency organization calmness and attention to detail in a fastpaced environment. They will also be resourceful and able to work both independently and with a team while prioritizing quality and quantity. Trimming team members are primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of the plant bucking trimming and packaging in preparation for sale. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Cutting away leaves from the buds to expose the valuable material underneath

• Trimming away excess leaves and branches from harvested cannabis plants to improve the appearance of each plant

• Weighing and packaging harvested plants

• Ability to operate a weighing scale accurately

• Inspecting plants for signs of disease or insects

• Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment used during the trimming process

• Following safety procedures when on the trim floor

• Trimming away leaves to prepare the plants for sale at dispensaries or shops

• Preparing harvested buds for sale by removing stems and small leaves from around the buds using hand tools such as clippers or scissors

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age

• Familiarity with warehouse procedures

• Productivity

• Punctuality

• Must not have been convicted of any felony offense

• Experience working in a complex fastpaced environment

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

• Good communication skills

• Accountability and initiative

• Detail oriented

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods

• Teamoriented and selfmotivated
