The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in healthcare systems particularly in testing complex endtoend workflows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring the quality of healthcare applications testing critical customer service platforms and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). You will play a pivotal role in creating comprehensive test plans developing regression test suites and automating test cases using opensource tools to ensure a seamless experience for our healthcare clients.

Essential Job Functions

  • EndtoEnd Workflow Testing: Develop implement and maintain test strategies for complex healthcare workflows ensuring that all processes are thoroughly tested across multiple platforms.
  • Test Plan Creation: Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases outlining test scenarios test data expected results and environment setups.
  • Regression Testing: Manage and enhance the regression suite to ensure the integrity of critical functionality with every release.
  • UAT Support: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring that all business requirements are met.
  • Automation of Test Cases: Automate test cases using opensource tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG etc. focusing on improving testing efficiency and scalability.
  • Defect Management: Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers product managers and other teams to improve product quality testability and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the adoption of quality engineering best practices and suggest improvements in testing strategies methodologies and tools.

Employment Qualifications

3 to 5 Years

Desired Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.

Other Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role with strong experience in testing complex workflows in healthcare or related fields.
  • Experience with customer service platforms is a bonus ideally in a healthcare context.
  • Strong understanding of manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Agile methodologies and Version Control Systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of opensource automation tools such as Selenium JUnit TestNG or similar.
  • Strong communication skills able to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present test results clearly.
  • Experience in healthcare systems and familiarity with HIPAA or other healthcare regulations is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL for database testing and verification.
  • Familiarity with API testing (using tools like Postman or RestAssured) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle complex problemsolving in a fastpaced environment.
