Job Overview
The Head of Marketing &Communications will be responsible for shaping the firms brand identityenhancing its market presence and positioning its leadership as industrythought leaders. This role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketingefforts media relations publications events and internal branding whileensuring a cohesive brand narrative across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to position Morphogenesis as an industry leader ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Digital & Social Media: Oversee content creation campaigns and audience engagement across social platforms leveraging analytics for optimization.
- Publications & Awards: Oversee award submissions editorial contributions and the development of thought leadership content for industry publications.
- Events & Conferences: Identify and facilitate participation in key industry events panel discussions and networking opportunities for Founders to strengthen brand visibility.
- Leadership Positioning: Identify and secure opportunities for firm leadership to participate in speaking engagements industry panels and media features.
- Internal & Employer Branding: Strengthen internal communications and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR.
- Public Relations & Media: Cultivate media relationships secure press coverage manage press releases and collaborate with agencies for PR and media inquiries.
- Visual Aesthetics & Team Management: Lead the graphics team ensuring high design standards and a strong visual identity across all marketing materials.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Marketing Communications PR or related field.
- 15 years of experience in marketing and brand management preferably in architecture design or creative industries.
- Strong leadership strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing PR and content strategy.
- Exceptional communication and visual aesthetics skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools CRM and content management systems.
