Monahans Automotive part of Leif Johnson Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Bilingual Finance Manager to oversee backend operations for our Chevy GMC Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealerships.
In this role you will be responsible for managing contracts transits and ensuring complete customer protection. We need someone who can efficiently structure deals maintain compliance and work alongside a highperforming sales teamall while delivering exceptional service to both English and Spanishspeaking clients.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in automotive finance management
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and contract processes
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
