The Role
As Sales Manager North of England you will lead our Northernsales team driving revenue and margin growth by identifying and delivering innovative solutions to new and existing customers. You will collaborate with our specialist technical resources leveraging Kempston Controls extensive product offering to serve diverse markets and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership Mentor develop and inspire a highperformance sales team with a resultsdriven mindset. Set sales strategies and KPIs in collaboration with the Southern Sales Manager.
Project Management Oversee industrial application projects ensuring timely and budgetconscious across a variety of industries.
Technical Expertise Provide guidance to both your team and customers ensuring Kempston Controls remains at the forefront of industry advancements. Manage key supplier training programmes to enhance team knowledge.
Customer Engagement Act as a primary point of contact for key customers ensuring strong relationships and delivering a bestinclass customer experience.
Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process enhancements to optimise efficiency and drive team development.
Reporting Present regular updates to the Head of Sales tracking team performance and customer pipeline metrics.
Compliance & Safety Ensure all activities adhere to industry standards and Kempston Controls processes.

Proven leadership experience in sales ideally within the Electrical Components Industry
Strong commercial acumen with a resultsdriven approach

Proficiency in Microsoft 365
