Exciting New PartTime Personal Caregiver Position

Job Summary

Senior Helpers Denver is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a parttime Personal Caregiver. As a Personal Caregiver youll provide essential nonmedical assistance to seniors in their homes. Your role will involve helping with daily tasks and activities ensuring our clients safety and promoting their independence while respecting their dignity. This parttime role offers flexibility with the potential for additional hours as needed. Its a wonderful opportunity to positively impact the lives of seniors and their families.

Current schedule is as follows:

*Wednesday 9am1pm

*Friday 9am1pm

Compensation and Benefits

• $18.30 21/hour with daily pay available (paid biweekly)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as grooming dressing and toileting
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Communicate with clients families to provide updates on their loved ones wellbeing
• Report any changes in clients health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

Must be Fully COVID Vaccinated

• MUST have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. MUST show proof of insurance
• Ability to pass background check
• Previous experience in a caregiving or related role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
• Monthly training to ensure high standards and best practices for our clients
