Position: Founders Associate
Location: Cape Town
Are you ambitious proactive and eager to become a future leader Join us as a Founders Associate where youll work directly and handinhand with our two cofounders. This is more than just an Executive Assistant role: its a launching pad for highpotential individuals who want to immerse themselves in every aspect of building and scaling a company.
What Youll Do
Partner with the Founders
Work sidebyside with our cofounders in daily activities including meeting coordination calendar management and strategic followups. Youll have an insiders view on how decisions are made and the company is run.
Drive Key Projects
Take ownership of special initiatives: from research and analysis to . Be the goto person for crossfunctional tasks that support companywide objectives.
Optimize Operations
Identify process improvements that boost efficiency. Recommend solutions streamline workflows and help create a more effective fastmoving organization.
Communicate & Collaborate
Act as the bridge between the cofounders and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails presentations and agendas while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
Grow into a Leader
Gain exposure to highlevel strategy finance product discussions and more. Develop the skills and insights youll need to step into higherlevel roles such as Chief of Staff or even a future Clevel position.
