What Youll Do
12 month fixed term contract based in the iconic Battersea Power Station office on a hybrid schedule 3 days a week inoffice)
Organise meetings travel and hospitality for EMEA/US colleagues and leadership.
Plan and coordinate PED events hack weeks and sprints ensuring seamless .
Manage product inventory for demonstrations tradeshows and internal meetings.
Support validation efforts maintaining a GDPRcompliant tester database.
Oversee vendor relationships procurement processes and thirdparty contractor coordination.
What Youll Bring
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in event coordination vendor management and procurement systems (Coupa preferred).
A proactive flexible and detailoriented mindset with a cando attitude.
