Senior UX Researcher

What You Will Be Responsible For

Lead UX research initiatives that inform and elevate our product design decisions.
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies (user interviews usability testing surveys A/B testing ethnographic research etc..
Collaborate closely with designers product managers and engineers to turn research insights into realworld solutions.
Develop research strategies and frameworks to understand user behavior needs and pain points.
Advocate for the userbring their voice into every discussion and decision.
Experiment with new research methods and tools to continuously enhance our approach.
Synthesize findings into compelling reports presentations and visual storytelling to drive alignment and action across teams.
Track and measure the impact of research on our products and user experience.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in UX research humancentered design or a related field.
Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for design and product teams.
Experience working in agile fastpaced product development environments.
Exceptional communication skillsyou can turn complex insights into clear persuasive narratives.
Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting Optimal Workshop Qualtrics Google Analytics or similar.
A growth mindsetyou love learning adapting and pushing boundaries.
Experience in Industry/Domain is a plus but not required!

The base pay range for this role is $104800 to $158250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
