Compensation:
- Salary: $100000$200000 base (experiencedependent).
- Bonuses: Performancebased incentives tied to case outcomes.
Benefits:
- Health/dental/vision stipend $400/month after 90 days).
- 20 days PTO 11 holidays 6 paid).
- 401(k) with 3 match paid bar dues $2000/year CLE allowance.
- Fourday workweek.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven track record in personal injury litigation prelitigation and settlement negotiations.
- Skills: Strategic case management highvolume file handling and trial readiness.
- Leadership: Preferred experience managing teams or mentoring junior attorneys.
Work Expectations:
- Fulltime litigationfocused role 8hour shifts).
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Filing and managing litigation cases.
- Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel.
- Representing clients in depositions mediations and trials.
