Job Description
THE ROLE
In partnership with an international consulting firm we are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel for a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will specialize in contracts and play an important role in negotiating Healthcare Professional Agreements ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Negotiate draft and review Healthcare Professional Agreements ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice on contractual matters and legal risks associated with healthcare agreements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure contractual terms are understood and implemented effectively
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of legal developments affecting the healthcare and life sciences industries
- A degree in law ideally with a specialization in healthcare law contract law or related fields
- At least 12 years of experience in legal counsel roles preferably within the healthcare pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors
- Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
- Negotiation drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Interest and capability to work either remotely or onsite in Switzerland
