POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and works closely with the Recruiters HR Generalist Employee Health department and HR Team in all aspects of the HR department daytoday activities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will interact with candidates employees and contractors while actively participating in the recruitment process managing employee files preemployment background checks I9 management new hire paperwork file audits payroll documents and HRIS data entry.
