CNA - HHA-Companions

Job Summary:
Griswold Home Care for Metrowest Boston is seeking compassionate dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as CNAs HHAs and Companions. This is a parttime hourly healthcare/medical job. As a compassionate person you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing quality care and companionship. With a compensation of $20 per hour paid weekly this is a great opportunity for those looking to make a difference in their community while earning a competitive wage. We are looking for those individuals who can work in t he Metrowest Boston area including suburbs.

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
Perform household tasks including light housekeeping laundry and meal preparation
Escort clients to appointments errands and social events
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor clients conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress
Follow care plans and communicate any modifications to the care team
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Meet all documentation and reporting requirements set forth by Griswold Home Care and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
Active CNA HHA or Companion certificate or license in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum of 1 year of related experience
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Must be able to provide 2 professional references
