Work Schedule:

100 FTE 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday Friday. Some holiday oncall and night shift coverage required.Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Clinic is open nights and weekends and all holidays.

We are seeking a Patient Access Lead to:

  • Oversee the daily operations of specific work units within the Patient Access Department.
  • Partner closely with supervisors to provide leadership coverage and presence to the registration and admissions work units in the clinics and the hospital divisions.
  • Ensure effective operations by organizing scheduling and monitoring the department workload.

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Associate Degree in Business Finance Health Info Management or related field.

Work Experience:

MinimumOne year of experience in a patient access healthcare revenue cycle or clinic operations role

PreferredTwo years of experience in a patient access healthcare revenue cycle or clinic operations role with progressive leadership responsibilities
