Job Description
Cataract Surgeon Ophthalmologist Full Time $700000 Potential Signon Bonus Elkton MD
We are looking to add a Full Time Cataract Surgeon Ophthalmologist to our team in Elkton Maryland! The next Cataract Surgeon is expected to perform cataract surgery and is required to have dual licenses in Maryland and Delaware.
The cataract surgeon will primarily see patients in Elkton MD but may also see patients at our DE office at least 12 days per week 20 minute drive).

- Full Time
- 4 days a week
- 23 OR days 12 office days
- Part Time MDs are encouraged to apply as well
- Surgeries are performed in the practices ASC
- Work with 2 part time MDs 2 FT ODs and 2 PT ODs
- Call Schedule: ODs take the call and will reach out to the Cataract Surgeon in cases of emergency.
- No hospital oncall hours.
- Strong Tech & Staff Support including scribes
- 1 Tech 1 Scribe
- 40 patients per doctor per day in clinic
- 22 patients on surgery days
- Updated technology including OCT Optos IOL Master Lenstar Yag SLT Phaco Lensx VF
COMPENSATION BENEFITS
- $350000 Base 32 of Net Collections
